SHIPPING POLICY
We want to make sure your order is delivered timely and to the right address. Double-check your address to ensure that it is correct, especially the zip code. If there are issues with verifying your address, our customer service department will contact you to try and resolve these issues. For this reason, a working telephone number is required. If we are unsuccessful in contacting you, we will cancel your order and issue a refund.
If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us via email ASAP. If your order was placed on the weekend, please call us first thing Monday morning.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Brown Girls Inspired and Reminded, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund or store credit.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service. We, Brown Girls Inspired & Reminded OR any of its subsidiaries, are not responsible for packages that state DELIVERED.
You will receive your der 3-5 business days from the date that the merchandise was shipped out. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take 1-2 days to process your order. This is just an estimate, though, and doesn't include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
We offer USPS Priority Mail to most locations (domestic & internationally). Your shipping cost is displayed at the point of checkout. International orders may be subjected to custom charges by your native country.

Shipping rates vary depending on location. If you do not see a shipping fee, it is because we have included the fee into the cost of the item.
